Malihe leads technical implementation at Novixx, specializing in workflow automation, API integrations and custom system design. With experience across operations-heavy industries, she designs solutions that fit how a business actually works, not generic templates.
Her focus areas include workflow automation, CRM and email system integration, API development and operations strategy for scaling teams.
